Adventure Rangers Awards & Recognition
An Adventure Ranger will succeed in the
program by earning merits.
The ultimate goal will be to earn the Gold
Medal of Achievement, the highest Royal Rangers medal.
Any young man who receives this medal will have achieved
a significant accomplishment, representing skills and
experiences that will last a lifetime. All the requirements
and merits
needed are detailed in chapter 2 of the Adventure
Rangers Handbook. Not only will the Ranger learn
leadership skills as he progresses toward the Gold
Medal of Achievement, but he will also have the opportunity
to attend three camps, all of which will put him on the
path to earning the Expedition
Rangers Leadership Medal.
