The High Adventure magazine is the official publication of the National Royal Rangers Ministries. Published quarterly, High Adventure is a periodical for boys in grades K–12 and their leaders. The magazine is published in two formats: a 16-page full-color boy’s edition and a 16-page two-color leader’s edition which is inserted into the center of the boy’s edition (totaling 32 pages). The purpose of the boy’s edition is to provide interesting and informative reading that will inspire and challenge boys to perpetuate the spirit of Royal Rangers by…
- encouraging the ongoing development of outdoor skills,
- promoting personal physical fitness and health awareness,
- expanding their understanding of teamwork and leadership abilities, and
- fostering a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The leader’s edition insert provides additional material to encourage and support the ministry efforts of local leaders, and to provide information useful to them in planning and conducting their local programs.
