Other Training
In addition to training programs to equip adult and junior leaders to lead the local group, Royal Rangers also provides training in abbreviated format for church leaders and support staff who need a general understanding of the methods and objectives of the program without the details related to actual operation of the program. For these individuals, the following training tracks have been created.
Church Leaders
The process of training church leaders, such as Senior Pastors, Children’s Pastors, or others in direct oversight for the program is satisfied through the completion of the Ranger Orientation training module. This course is taught as a component of district training programs. For information on classes in your area please contact your district Royal Rangers leadership.
Support Staff
Support staff generally refers to Outpost Committee members or other individuals involved in assisting and supporting the Royal Rangers program at the local level without direct involvement in the program. Such individuals typically assist in areas such as fund raising, promotions, recruitment, and recognition. Support staff training is conducted as a component of district training programs.
